fuge Lighting ?

I have a 24" 65watt power compact with a 50/50 bulb. Is this enough light to grow chaeto and other micro algaes in my fuge? Do I need something more?

thats fine.. you can grow cheato under a regular flourescent bulb.. the key is to get it to tumble in there and it grows faster
