Fuge question

So, I'm debating on weather or not I want to start up a refugium or not.
Right now I just use a sock filter and a EuroReef skimmer. I don't have a nitrate or phosphate problem of any kind. I don't need an excess of pods since I don't have any fish that rely on them as their only food.
Soooo, basically I'm asking is it worth it or just kind of a pain. Should I just leave what I have since it seems to be doing the trick?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

it's up to u if your tank is running good and everything is healthy i wouldn't spend the money and time. but the more filtration the better.

Well, I'd be getting the fuge and everything I need with it for free so the money isn't the issue. I was just thinking it would prob just be more of a pain to maintain it.

If what your doing is working there's no need. More isn't always better as it sounds like you have a really good balance going now
I've seen a 12 year reef/fish set up with no skimmer/sump -- just regular water changes and it looks fantastic!
