Fulham Workhorse 7 Ballast ?

I am deciding on what type of lighting to use for my (soon to be converted from FW) 55gal FOWLR tank and could use some help. Here is what I am planning: 2 - URI 110W VHO 48" bulbs (one antinic, one Aquasun) with some sort of electronic ballast.
Fulham ballasts seem like a good electronic ballast and their low price in comparison to...say...icecap ballasts makes them even better. The problem is, I know the workhorse 7 ballast will power 220W but their website dosen't show this VHO configuration in their wiring diagrams. Does anyone have this setup? and if so, what wiring diagram should I use?

I have heard too many good reports on them, not a single bad report on them yet.
I'm personally don't comment on the product that I sell. And I can not post comments/selling on this board. We have to follow their (Saltwaterfish) polices.
I have this discuss this issue with MODs and I don't want to step on their toes again :). They are doing their jobs.
