Thanks all for working together on here to stop the con from JACKALPUPZ especially a great work from a_fender69.
I just got an email from JACKALPUPZ and i will post it on here so everybody can see what kind of person he is.
"Oooooh, your the one who got that clown from dallas to call here? lol at the cowboy. ANYWAYZ, still waiting for your mailing address. Sorry for all the problems. We will have things taken care of in the matter of days. Have a nice day."
"You coulda sent me just 1 email and said all that lol instead of
sending 4. Anywayz, yeah that goon called here and was being uh smart ass. So me and my dad gave him a piece of our mind. I dont know how it goes in tha cowboy state but here in kali it doesnt work that way. Anywayz, im getting off track and will send tha money back tomorrow if i can get to a bank to get a cashiers check and if not tomorrow, at the latest friday. I don't really know what kind of mind they have when they gave to GOON. But i don't think it is an appropriate email since he calls ppl name. I will save all the emails for further use if needed. Let me know what you think.

A google search for "JACKALPUPZ" might yield some information you could use in case he doesn't end up sending your money back.

btw. he is 24 years old.. not the highschooler the previous statments made it seem like...

called matt today... he said he has not sent out my lights yet because he had to send out two money orders on friday. he was a little surprised that i called.. gave him tell wensday to give tracking number.. we will see how it goes.

Just got a check from JACKALPUPZ today in the mail. He also recieved the letter which i sent to his parents since he ignored my emails and didn't contact me. I didn;t want to do it but that is the only way i can contact him and my attorney friend suggested me to do so.
Here is an email i recieved from JACKALPUPZ;
"I dont appreciate you sending me the letter in the mal that i just recieved. On thursday I sent you a email telling you I sent you a money order and even sent you pictures of it. What is the deal with that? You and the other goon got your money, I sent pictures to both of you and emailed you saying it got sent out. But whatever."

Sounds like he expects you all to be happy it took him so long to finally do what he should have done LONG ago. Amazing.
I also hope he realizes that he's now threatened Tiggerguy. His "dawgs" (what a putz) better watch out for Animal Control. He can hide behind "a little talk..." but a reasonable person would take that as a threat.

As soon as i heard from Kurt that Jackalpupz got his $145 from Paypal for 48" light. Then i figured it out Jackalpupz tried to con ppl by selling the same light to 2 different ppl. The worst thing is he got the money from both of us and ignored all the emails we sent to him. I don't think it is a misunderstanding as he states.
First of all, he should not sell one light to 2 different ppl. That is so wrong.
Second, he took the money from both of us for the same products but didn't send out the product to neither one of us.
Third, If his Metal Halide didn't arrive, he can contact us and let us know that he changed his mind and didn't want to sell his light instead of ignored all the emails and cashed the checks.
My attorney suggested me to write a letter to his parents since that is the address he used to recieve the checks from me and another reefer for 24"light.
After he got a phone call from one of the member on here, he was in shock and replied to us via emails. Now I get my refund check back from him but still not happy with him calling ppl name and also threating others.
I strongly agree that he should be banned from this board.

yeah i doubt he is ready this. but i realy do hope the little guy shows up on my door step. he will defentatly get more than he barged for.
