Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish 90 gallons

What's safe nonsafe with an Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish? I am setting up a fish only tank 90 gallons.
I was hoping:
Emperor Angelfish - Juvenile
Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish
snowflake eel - small
Clown Trigger - Juvenile
Would this go well? I am OK with any kind of trigger or puffer fish. Is the eel safe with the lionfish?
I know the anglefish is going to outgrow 90 gallons. I am willy to upgrade next few years.
How much live rock should a 90 gallon fish only tank have? I am going to used a 5Gallon bucket of bio balls.
Is this too many fish? Should I add them slowly? Which should I start with?

Angel - Nope
Clown Trigger - Nope
Puffers - Nope
None of these fish can be housed in the tank for really any considerible(sp) time...
As far as the eel..I am not sure on that..I am going to get a Mexican Dragon, But it will be in a larger tank than that..(Large Eel)
Eels and Lions are not the best tank mates...I have heard the can and will nip and tear lion fins..Triggers get rather large and nasty(some of them anyways) when they get larger..

Triggers, angels and puffers can't really go with lions as they all love to nip at long fins. Maybe a flame angel, maroon clown, bigger wrasse, etc.

emperor angels get two large for a 90. you will certainly see some hlle and muscle atrophy.
a fuzzy dwarf would be a great choice for 90 aggressive.
as said above, eels and lions don't make the best tankmates. i've read this is because a lion perched on rock or coral might be mistaken for food (eels can't see for crap).
i don't believe there is a trigger suitable for a 90gal tank, and clowns are trouble, period. they are extremely territorial, and after it reaches about the 4'' mark it will kill any tankmates.

hlle and muscle atrophy? Do emp anglefish have a high risk? I am cool with an flame.
What is wrong with an emperor angels?! I am planning on upgrading.!

I don't get what's wrong with the eel. Is it going to eat my lionfish? I only getting one that's very small, less then a foot long. How about adding the lionfish first then eel?? I am going to trade in when my eel gets too big.
Anyway, there is no kind of puffer or trigger? None? My brother really wants a puffer.
Then what can I have? I would a blue fish, or purple.
Maybe something that's looks scary, something that a 15 years old would like.

I think you should get a dragon wrasse and a less agressive trigger
dragon wrasses with their huge teeth look like your watching a dracula movie for fish

hlle=head and latteral line erosion. yes, a full-size angel will be a risk for this in a 90. it will also show signs of poor muslce developement in such a small tank. a flame would be a better choice. don't buy a fish(emporer) for a tank you don't have.
myself and another explained what could go wrong with the eel.
no trigger. there are dwarf puffers called "tobies" that would work in that size tank. cleanup crew and the lion might be at risk to its nipping.

undulated trigger, Balistapus undulatus. this would be the only fish, becuase they are arguably the most aggressive fish...period.
as for the puffers, toby is a group of dwarf puffers. the valantini is one, this site has one.
