The Brown Algea disappears from what I've read. My clean up crew took care of it in a matter of days. You want to make sure your done cycling before you add a clean up crew.

Here are some updated pics...I re-did my aquascaping to open it up a bit more. Nitrites are almost still slowly going down. Let me know what you think.
