Gallons per hour on refugium

how many gallons per hour for a refuge thanks in advance

usually I shoot for 2-4 times tank volume but that is just me.

I prefer a slow flow rate thru my refugium...about 100-150 GPH for my situation. compared to approximately 900-1000 GPH thru the sump/display.

thanks you guys answered my question i got a 300gph overflow box and its going on my 75 to my 29 gallon fuge im going to turn it down to like 210 and my canister does 200 so i wont need a pump but if i do pods ill need one cuz i dont think they can make it through a canister

If you remove the filter media most of the pods will make it through just fine.
