They are similar if not the same. Corals i've seen labeled pagodas tend to have a more irregular shape and not the nice cup shape the others have.

anywho....the cup/pagoda thing...both are relatives if not the same species.....they both belong to the same genus, Turbinaria so their care requirements are the same, tehy just ahve different frowth forms.....pagoda.....goofy looking and tall, like a chinese pagoda, cup round open and disc shaped with a concave center!
