Can I use McCORMICK Garlic Juice to soak my food in? The ingredients are:Water extract of fresh garlic cloves, citric acid, guar gum, less than 0.1% potassium sorbate added as preservative and sodium bisulfite :D

I've been using it for a 3 weeks now and it seems to have worked wonders.I try to soak the food as long as possible, sometimes overnight.

i've been using it for 4 months with no adverse effects. my fish seem to have grown a taste for the sutff, they eat it about twice as fast as the non soaked food. go figure

I have been using garlic capsules fromthe grocery store, just poke a hole in the end and squeeze into the food before I feed. It seems to be in an oil base...is this bad?

how long do you soak your food? I was going to soak only as long as it took to defrost. Should I think about soaking overnight? what about the food going bad or should I put it in the freg? <img src="graemlins//urrr.gif" border="0" alt="[urrr]" />
