Garlic, ZOE???

I think i got the garlic thing understood. Get some garlic juice and soak food in it, not flakes though. Right?!
But ZOE!? What is ZOE?? Where do get it?? What is ZOE used for?? can someone help?

Zoe and Zoecon are vitamin additives that can be added to food and directly to the tank in small amounts for inverts. Great products, the color of my fish has been greatly enhanced and it actually aided my false perc to get over a minor fungus problem (all I could rely on at the time cause I had no qt and I dont even understand why it worked). I add it to my food twice a week. You can look for it online, although, most lfs's carry zoe, even ***** and petsmart, but I have found that Zoecon is more difficult to find locally.
