ok, this is just a question i've often wondered about but never had to "worry" about......I've been lucky with my fish eating over the years so I've never needed this, but when you guys refer to soaking food in garlic.........is there a special fish food garlic or are you talking about garlic juice I use for cooking?

No special fish food garlic (there are products, but they're not worth the money), and not garlic juice for cooking, just plain old, untouched, raw garlic. You buy a whole piece and break off cloves as you need them. Chop the clove up or use a press and put it on the food or in the water/vitamins you're soaking the food in. The juices from fresh garlic contain Alicin, which breaks down too quickly to be store bought. It's produced when the garlic is cut.
