It's really odd how the different counties have their fuel prices. Our county is still high, but the next county to the north is the one having low prices. What gives?

Not sure how our EPA has an affect on foreign countries,
(Yea, yea, their EPA or whatever) but yea, taxes to price people out of driving. Same thing as a "congestion" tax England is going to impose (or has already, dunno). They merely have a fee at certain times of the day so that some people can't afford to be in London at 8am. How anyone can stand behind that and not be up in arms is beyond me....

not sure where my friend read about this but she was saying that some country (i dont really remember which one, maybe it was like japan or china or something) was taxing people or making people move that had a waistline bigger than like 33 or 37 or somethin like that inches..
Anyone else heard of that?
Btw we had about a .40 drop in gas up here it went from around $4 to 3.60
