Gauging Intrest - MH/VHO Lighting in NJ

I'm considering switching my existing MH/VHO lighting to T5. I'm seeing what kind of intrest is out there for my lighting. Here's what I have:
(2) 250W ARO electrontic MH ballast w/power cord
(1) 2 Lamp Electronic VHO ARO Ballast w/end caps
(2) PFO reflectors w/ mogule socket
(2) 250W 12k Reeflux bulbs - 2 months old
(2) 48" 110W URI Super Actinic Bulbs - 9 months old
(2) 48" 110W URI Super Actinic Bulbs - never used, new in box
asking $440 + shipping or B.O.

It's difficult to get a picture of the lights because they're in a narrow canopy, but here is a picture of what the reflectors look like:

No, if I'm going to seperate the MH's from the VHO's, I would want to sell both of the MH ballasts, bulbs, and reflectors.
