German WaterProof Endcaps. Help.

I need a little help here.
German WaterProof Endcaps. I ordered some and I got to looking at them. How do you wire them up. They don't have any instructions and I can't readily see where they connect in.

The wires push into the base on each side of the cap... inside there is a wire catch (for lack of better term) that grasps onto the wire when it is inserted...
