Get rid of Damsel??

As you see in my sig below, I have a Blue Devil Damsel, who has been in the tank since the start. The Royal Gramma has been in the tank for a week or so and has remained very shy, coming out of the rocks once in a while but never swims around the tank. I was wondering, should I get rid of the Damsel, thus hopefully giving the Royal an incentive to roam the tank, also for the future Percula and 6 line I plan on down the road.

I would take him out. He will just become more aggressive over time. Have fun trying to catch him.

If you can catch him, get rid of him. I have one in my tank that I can't catch, guess I will have to wait till I move the tank. But then, he's a goner!!:)

Lose the damsel.
My Gramma doesn't come out as much as I'd like, they are cave dwellers I think.

I've been there, my blue devils were just that---I had to move ALL the rock out onto a few garbage bags (to keep the floor dry) and then it took 5 minutes to catch 4 of them. Its useless to try to catch them with the rock in there IMO.
