Getting a 90g established tank. Begginer with questions?

Hi, this is my first post. I'm getting a 90g hexigon custom tank with hood and stand. Comes with sump, filters, rock, and fish. This tank has been running for a year and a half, the guy is just moving, and has to sell. Now here's my question. I don't think he has enough live rock in the tank, and I think his fish choice wasn't the best. (Powder blue tang, blue tang, emperor angel) If I add more live rock, and ditch the fish at my LFS is it going to ruin this already established system? Also, shouldn't the tangs, and the angel be in bigger tanks? The angel is just starting to change by the way. I know these are expensive fish, but I would really like to choose my own, and ones that are considered more compatible.

The footprint of that tank is WAY to small for those fast-movers...they'll end up going postal eventually.
Why would removing the fish and adding LR "ruin" the system? Now, if you add uncured LR, you may or may not get some form of cycle, depending on the amount of LR you have and how much new LR you add. You could add clean "base rock" and let it become "live", which would work just as well.

Thanks, I will buy some cured LR then. I knew those fish shouldn't be in a tank this size. I plan on putting in 3 McCoskers flasher Wrasse (1 male, 2 female), 2 clown fish, 1 one spotted foxface, 1 diamond watchmen goby, 1 flame angel. I plan on waiting a few weeks, to a month between adding each fish. Well I'll add the flasher wrasses at the same time, then the clowns at the same time. Is this going to be over crowding?
