Yup! We did it on a Friday night, which is less expensive than Saturday or Sunday, plus having the buffet shaved a few bucks off the cost as opposed to a served meal. The rate was supposed to $105 a person but we not only got them to knock $15 per person off but we also got them to throw in some nicer selections for the buffet as well as a champagne and strawberry welcome when our guests first showed up before the ceremony.
Most other places around here charge a minimum of $125 a person and none of them are anywhere near as cool as the aquarium was.

The have an in house caterer there, so everything was done at the aquarium. They have their own kitchens, staff and chefs that do nothing but events at the aquarium. The cake was part of the package but my wife made the seahorse cake topper out of modeling clay and then painted it.
