Getting new reef lighting- which is better??

Checking on ----, I have a chance to get either one of these today:
However, I dont know which one I should get. Both are much better than the lights i currently have.
Which one should i get:
Current USA Orbit Compact
2 x 96 watts
or
T-5
4 x 39 watts
Both are pretty much the same price: I have a 36" long tank (45 gallon high)

T-5s for sure.

T5. more lumens per watt, and more par. also, 4 bulbs would be more customizable.

t-5s they are much much better lighting than the PC;s are. just be sure to make sure the t-5's are HO and individual reflectors/

Def T5's. I have PC's and I'm not that impressed with them and am switching over to T5's in about a month
