Getting Ready to Start Up a new tank

I have been out of the hobby now for only a few months and I am missing it more, and more by the day. I am thinking about setting up a 200gal when I get back into the hobby and would like to get imput on what the best products are out there for keeping "any" type of corals, inverst, and of course fish. I will list my needs below.
Tank: Acrylic
Lighting MH what size? How many?
Fuge: 55 gal
Skimmer?
Pump? Return, inline, GPH? Number of returns? I will be waiting until I buy a new house so I can use the basment to house the Fuge, which would mean about a 10 foot rise to the tank.
I would want at to have one or two returns from the fuge and maybe a closed loop with a spray bar.
Chiller: 1/2 hp
Dosing system... Kalk, etc...
Anything else that might be needed would be great. I had a great run with my old 55 and had to drop the hobby to move to Boston, at least until I can afford to pay rent and spend 1000's on a new tank.

you would need a 72 inch if you are going to do the traditional 200g but you could go with mh pendants instead.
you are going to drill the overflows i guess, I would go with a sequence pump or an iwaki as a return
you want a big skimmer so go with a bullet 2, or a deltec if you got the $$$. They can be expensive but a skimmer is your best friend
ditch the spraybar idea
get a decent cal reactor with ph probe, then you might not have to dose regularley, if you are going to do an all stick tank you might want to get a kalk reactor for added cal demand.
any 1/2 hp chiller you can get
and i see you moved to boston :cheer:
:cheer:
GO YANKEES!!!!!!!!!! :cheer: :cheer:

Thanks for the input. Although, yankees, redsox all the same to an Ohio boy..
I am prob going to do pendants, and also some VHO's, I like the look. As for the cost, I am planning about two years ahead, and would get the holes drilled at purchase. I have seen some great tanks here and also some really reliable suppliers. Any other input would be great. For the Kalk I am definately looking into the reactor. I would want to have a good supply of fresh R/O water as well, which I would have at least a 10-20 gal reserve tank with a automatic top off system.
