Getting rid of scratches

Is there any way to remove scratches on a glass tank? Has anyone used cerium oxide? The scratches aren't that deep and can't be felt with fingernail.

Are they on the inside or outside?

inside, but a few are on the outside.

There are a lot of glass scratch remover kits. They can not be used inside the tank unless it is empty. The best place to get one would be an auto supply store. Ask someone at the store if they have ever used the product. There are some kits out there that are useless. Be careful though you can do more damage to the glass if not done properly.
