Getting Rid of Worms

I have Oenone fulgida worms. The only thing that keeps them from feeding is the metal halides. How long can you leave metal halides on without harming invertebrates, corals, fish, etc? Is it possible to leave them on long enough to starve out the worms?

nah, you'll fry your tank. i dont think i've ever seen those kind of worms, but they sell worm traps at most LFS. you could try that

Did you get rid of your worm. If so how did you. I have one that is huge I need to get rid of. Any help would be great thanks.
