I've been experimenting with some of the Photo Tips (THANK YOU ruaround!) using my same crappy camera and here are a couple! These are without flash and just holding the camera. I'll be getting the tripod out....

Not sure. LFS guy said palms. Very expensive, for sure! I have wanted to get some photos of them to see what opinions are on a name for them. I'll go search.

I have absolutely No clue! They started as a gray blob that covered part of the rock they are on. It never spread, but after 6 months or so developed openings and now a year or so later, it is what we see. Pretty bizarre, but I like them.
Can y'all get photos of yours? I would be interested to see...are they the same color and height? The tallest tube is probably 2" high.

oh ok. Well mine are MAYBE a month old so i dont think i could get a decent photo. Plus i can only get decent photos on my phone. But mine are the same color but just arent as big. They are also on this ONE rock by my leather.

Have they always been "tubes"? Mine did not start out as tubes.
