Old-obviously dont need to explain
Young- muscles havent developed yet
girl- shouldn't expect women to lift stuff (as a polite gentleman I would lift it for a girl as should all fellow men)
handicapped- once again obvious

I'm a female, if that's what you're asking. I use 5lbs weights. I can lift 25lbs (bought husband a weight set for christmas, I had to get the bar, the 25lbs weights and the bench, into the cart, into the car, then into the house, wrap them and hide them. ) and I can lift a kid. just not 45lbs of dead weight. I'll admit that i'm a weakling.

you could always try the little three gallon jugs. 8.2lbs+- per gallon of saltwater is about 24.6 pounds overall. You can lift that.
You can buy the 3 gallon jugs at water by the gallon or I think Wal-Mart has them sometimes.

Wow, I guess I should consider myself lucky. I am the Administrator of a dialysis unit and we have a RO/DI system there because of the dialysis machines and I keep my 29gallon Biocube there in my office, so whenever I need my water for top-offs, I just go around the corner.
j/k, but it IS convenient!~

For water changes, I just use the 4.4 gallon Nutrisea Water.

I now have a ro unit. I just fill the gallon jugs for top off, and fill my bucket for water changes. no more buying water. no more water spilling in my car because my husband drives like a mad man.
the only pita part is moving the ro unit outside, then back inside. but the tank is filled so i'll only need to do that about once a week.

I use gas cans. many get water jugs from walmart. There usually 5-6 gal each. Water gets heavy. more than 6 gal starts to get unmanageable.

And that is perfectly fine since your a woman. It would be sad for a guy though (not trying to start an argument here :) )

A trash can with 30 gallons of water weighs 250 pounds. No way to move it.

you could always buy the trash can adapters that twist onto the bottom and it has wheels...very great advantage!!!!

Wheels. I've seen a few people with a setup on wheels and I would have taken that route if the trash cans that have the snap on wheels cost near to $50, plus the wheels cost $30.... I'd rather spend that on coral.
