GFCI tripping

Okay, my GFCI keeps tripping and I am not sure how to figure out what is causing it. It goes off, then when I hit the reset button it goes back on for usually several hours or even days, then it goes off again, there is no water getting to it, it is either a bad GFCI or there is something causing it to trip occasionally,
Any ideas?

A GFCI will trip when it detects a imbalance between the hot and neutral. There could be many things that could cause an occasional trip... is everything grounded good??

Having the exact same problem. It'd be easier if it'd stay tripped until I unplugged the faulty piece of equipment, but mine also just goes back to normal after resetting.
I'm thinking my lights are the main culprits. Will have to check the wiring again.
