Health officials seize illegal snails
Federal health officials have seized several Giant African land snails from Wisconsin classrooms and have started a national search for the creatures, which reproduce rapidly, destroy plants and can transmit meningitis.

my question is what the heck are those schools thinking having those if they are such a public menis? Trasmits meningitis? I bet the parents are going to have a field day with that.
Those things are scarey looking.
