Glue those clams

I have clams that somehow ended up in my tank. There are over 20 of them all over the tank and have grown quite a bit since I first noticed them. I would like to restrict them to one or two rocks in my tank. Is it safe to dislodge them and glue them to some rocks. What glue should I use?

They are probably oysters of some kind.
I would try using the coral putty that you can find at some LFS. Good luck.

Of course my intent is not to close the clams or oysters but to attach the base to selected rocks.

If you attach the base how will they open? If you attach just the shell, IMO, I would think they may still want to move around to feed.
