goby advice

Does anyone know anything about the care and feeding of ornate gobies? Mine was sold to me as a marbled blenny.
He's seemed a little thinner than I remember lately, like his stomach area is a little concave. When I feed him, he seems to plump up some, but goes back to being slightly concave later in the day. I don't know if I'm not feeding him right, or not enough, or both. It could be he was always this way, and that this is normal for this kind of fish.
A little advice would be much appreciated, especially if you have owned one yourself.

Can you post a picture of this fish? I am finding nothing for either name. There are plenty of blennies that are very hard to get to eat.

Thanks, but I just found him on the floor this morning. I read somewhere that these fish tend to jump. He will be missed, my first and only saltwater fish.

Sorry for your loss. Many sand sifters do starve from lack of proper natural foods liveing in the sand beds and yes, most gobies have a reputation of being jumpers, as do many other species.
