gold coral banded shrimp

I have a gold coral banded shrimp (stenopus zanzibaricus) that I have had for the past 4 yrs in my 10 gal nano. This shrimp does not get to the size of the regular coral banded but does have the long whiskers.
I have sold everything in my nano tank but do have a 1 gal pico that I am going to keep. I am wanting your opinions on if I can keep this shrimp in this pico or not??
When I put him in there his whisker do touch the sides of the little tank and I don't want to keep him in there if it is not big enough for him.
Your thoughts??

Not keeping him, he will be going to a 110 gal tank tonight along with all my live rock and corals. Sad to see him go as I have had him for the past 4 years but that is the way it has to be.
Thanks for the replies.
