What do mean they split? I'm new at this.

Thats how anenomes reproduce, you only need 1 and if conditions are right it will split in 2 and so on and so on.

i did not know that, how do you know when there going to split? When they split are they the same size?

when the split they split in half. They can split for 2 reason... 1 being they are reproducing and 2 because of stress. When they split caused by stress its because they are trying to keep their blood line in tact...if it thinks it dying it could split to try and save one. hard to explain over the net. haha
