I would think that if a picture was published in a magazine that it would be a conflict of interest if a seperate company wanted to use that picture for advertising. I'm sure I am way off on that assumption.

Its nearly the same photo as I had told the admin about already. I took numerous photos so I could submit one to the magazine for their use. I submitted the other of my favs from that photo session to SWF

Actually, almost evey photo used in a publication is with 1 time N.A. rights meaning rights are reverted back to the photographer once the photo has been printed. I have had many used in Reptile and Amphibian and Reptile Magazine and this was always the case. So Elitephoto could submitt the same photo legally, and SWF could reuse the photo legally unless the rights to it were bought.
But I hope I win and not Elitephoto. hehehe. Yes, I am a bad person.
