Goldfish or Shrimp or ?? to cycle

I just got my first tank...75gal.
I put the salt water in last night and some LR. I am getting the sand today.
What should I put in to cycle it? I have heard goldfish and I read on here about raw uncooked shrimp.
I have enjoyed reading the posts and I have been learning a lot.

Who on earth recommended goldfish for a salt tank? Do not take ANY advice from that source LOL.
Why you would introduce an Asian freshwater carp, that are often riddled with disease, into a saltwater system, I do not know. That is one of the strangest thing I've heard recently! :scared:
YOu can use dead shrimp, fish food....the best method would be uncured live rock, IMO.
