Gonipora help

I have a small round goniopara and before it's color is kinda brown on the stem of it's flower like tip, but when i took it out and put it in a plastic container with saltwater because i cleaned some of the sand and when i put it back it started after a few days it turned white as in ghost like white. I was thinkin it will go back to normal but it's beenmore than two weeks already and it's still kinda like albino white! what went wrong? it still stretches out when i turn on the lights but not as much as before though.

Gono's are very difficult to keep. Especially the species shown above. Have you tested your water? You might of kicked up some junk that gave you a spike. Also it could be starving. What do you feed it? I feed mine this stuff called reefroids from poly lab. It wroks great my gono loves it. Try spot feeding it and see it it looks better.
