I wonder why texans like him. everyone has a different opinion about people, You can like him, doesn't mean everyone else has too. And im pretty sure there are gonna be ALOT of people watching obamas inauguration so thats a pretty lame statement.

i agree i didnt vote for him (obama),and may not always agree with the decisions he will make but as my president i will respect him as my leader same as all the others before, my country deserves it

He gave the commencement speech at my cuz's graduation. He hand out every single diploma and shoot every students hand. It was funny, she shook his hand then asked to give him a hug, which he obliged. It was funny. All the secret service agents took about two steps closer to them...

No president is ever going to keep everyone happy. I've seen him when he came to town and waited in line in the cold, was a great experience and hope you have fun.
Say what you want about him but I think he'd make a better neighbor than most.

You don't have to be from Texas to like him. I'm not from Texas.
Not the point though. I think his point was not that you had to like him, it's that you should have some respect for the job he (and ANY president) had/has to do, and respect the man for doing it. Not necessarily HOW he did it, but that he did it. I am not a Barack Obama fan. However, my respect for the office will not change regardless of who is in it. The president is a respresentation of that office and it's legacy. If I were offered the opportunity to meet Obama, I'd be honored to do so. JMO.

Kinda like Bush deserved when he took office. Hopefully those on the right show a whole lot more class than the left and gives Obama a chance.

im dragging my kids there and they are whining now, but they will appreciate it when theyre older , besides they say he is mostly gonna just tell stories about when he was growing up and midland related stuff. i dont have a video camera but i am gonna take both cameras and take as much video as they will let me

Try yahoo videos. I could never get them to download either, then tried that and it worked. I am sure that yours is much longer than anything that I have tried, but it is worth a shot.

i was very far away the first video i took was terrible and only good for the audio the second is ok but far away and shaky cause they would not allow video cameras only regular cameras
