Good beginner book

I am new to the saltwater hobby and would like to read a good book before I buy a tank. What do you guys recommend?

Reef Secrets by Alf Jacob nilsen and Svein a Fossa.
I have those two and they have been very helpful to me as a new person getting started.

500 ways to be a better saltwater fishkeeper by Hayes, Lougher, and Mills.
Got it from my local library.

i read saltwater aquariums for dummies everything else i have read off the internet there is endless information

I think Fenner is coming out with an updated edition of The Conscientious Marine Aquarist in the fall. The original was copywrited in 2001. It is the bible and a vast majority of the fishkeepers on here and other forums have read it
