authors, Julian Sprung, James Delbeek(Delbek?), and Scot W. Michael all are good. Its kinda a give and take on info,,, and make sure you dont get anything more than about 7 years old. Libraries usually have a decent section to look at too.

I have these few, really good ones; The complete Encyclopedia of saltwater aquarium, the new encyclopedia of the saltwater aquarium, Reef Life, The new marine aquarium,These are all called 'pocket books' i think Marine Fishes, Marine Invertabretes, reef aquarium fishes. The Not to helpful ones were;Saltwater aquarium models & the inspired aquarium. Just my opinion of course,,,,

the problem i have with books is with how fast things change in our hobby that once the book is written, printed off, set out to be retail. by that point the book is outdated.

This ^ and the one you mentioned in your first post are very good IMO.
also The Reef Aquarium Science Art and Technology by Delbeek and Sprung
is another good book. however this is a pretty large book but covers a plethora of more topics than the others but is heavy on the science and lingo. So this one may be better after you get some experience under your belt. Or certain processes explained in the other books can be explained in more detail in this book so you could supplement the others with this but not a stand alone for every beginner in my opinion.
Books are a great reference and starting point but don't undervalue the experience of the people here also. If you have questions about things you read check for answers here also.

Go to the library and take out all the marine aquarium books you can. While some may be out dated IMO to understand the foundation that has taken us to were we are today is important to understand
