Good clean up crew setup?

I have a 90 gal peaceful display tank with a 40 gal refuge and a 20ish gal sump - heres what I have now for cleaning (its not much but its what came with the set up when I bought it in Dec) a couple blue legged hermits and a couple red leg hermits in the 90 right now along with 2-3 turbo's
I also have a 75 gal tank with a Niggar trigger and a 20ish gal refuge. This tank really has nothing in it as its a new tank that was set up so that I could try to make a nice 90g DT and not have him eating tank mates (like the 2 baby damsels and a small star that I tried to put in the tank a month or so ago......)
Heres what I am thinking of as a crew, and how I plan to divide them up.
Big 20 reef package:
Scarlet Hermit Crab:20 total - 11 in 90g DT, 6 in 40g Ref, 3 in 20g ref
Turbo/Astrea Snail:20 total - 11 in 90g DT, 6 in 40g Ref, 3 in 20g ref
Blueleg Hermit Crab:20 total - 11 in 90 DTg, 6 in 40g Ref, 3 in 20g ref
Emerald Crab:3 total - 2 in 90g DT, 1 in 40g Ref
Cleaner Clam:2 total - 2 90g DT
1 Neon Goby - 90g DT
2 Cleaner Clams - 1 in each Ref
2 Cleaner Shrimps - 1 in 90g DT, 1 in 40g Ref (considering a 3rd one for the small ref)?
1 Brittle Starfish - 90g DT
1 Serpent Starfish - 90g DT
1 50 Empty Hermit Crab Shells
I'd also love to have something in the trigger's tank but everything I see says theres a good chance he will eat it if put in with him (other than other larger fish) so I am also open to possible suggestions for this as well.
Thanks,

I would add more of a mixture of snails. Different ones eat different algeas and in different places.

Get PLENTY of empty hermit shells...but, even that isn't guaranteed to eliminate the eating of your snails for shells by those dadgum blasted hermits. I have dozens of empty hermit shells throughout both of my tanks, do you think that is good enough for my hermits...NOOOOOOOOOO!!! They have to have a meal to go along with their new house (or, they have the meal, then they just leave the shell there). Now, I have about 8-10 total hermits and a total of 2 snails (only because they hide in the sand until the lights go out!!!)
I HATE HERMITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
