Good Cleanup Crew?

Hi,
What would be a good cleanup crew for a FOWLR tank with a Powder Blue Tang, Yellow Tang, and a Naso Tang? I was thinking of a Porcupine Puffer, but he would eat the little critters wouldn't he? Thanks
