Good deal should I take it?

So I came across a 60 Gal tank, it has a internal overflow, with sump, it comes with a 250W MH built into the canopy, also with a complete wood stand ( dark wood. ) 60 lbs of live rock.
The tank is up and running at this guys house, so I know it does not have any leaks. I am going to go over there tomorrow and take a look at it, I am thinking that if i get this, that I will put break down my 34 gal and 24 gal tanks and just get one big one... for his whole set up he is asking 400 obo but I think i could get him down to 300 or 350 should I go for it if everything checks out??

heck yes!!! that is a good deal. with the lights and canopy and live rock that is awesome

what u oughta do alex is get the new tank, set it up fresh, an keep ur other tanks runnin, or, if youw ant, ship me your other tanks an keep the 60g with everything outta the other tanks, ill gladly take em off your hands

Ill post pics tomorrow if I buy, but first I need to look at the tank. I hope it will work out, I think that over all it will be better I am also thinking if I get it I will add t5's or something along with the MH to make the colors pop more. but who knows now LOL
don't count your eggs before they hatch!
mboswell1982 -If I do get this 60 gal, tomorrow I will sell my cubes ( just the tank ) not any live stock, for cheep, I think like 100 for the 34 gallon solana tank + buyer will pay for packing and shipping. but we will play it by ear.
Rotarymagic - I am thinking that over all I will like it better, more room to play. I always wanted to get a tongue coral just no room in the nano's :(

if i can come up with 100 bucks, ill definitely buy that solana off you man, it might take me a couple weeks once i get a job, ill definitely buy it off you for a 100 bucks

cool well we will talk later, I need to go to bed its 3 am and I have to go to the DMV and see that tank around noon ugh... I am a horrible insomniac

So I went and checked out the tank to day and I am not sure what I am going to do, I would have to move the lighting fixture into the middle of the tank, as it is on the right side, he still has the bioballs in the sump. AND i would have to change out the light for the MH, its a ugly yellow.... LOL

did you talk him down any further on the price? if you can get it for 300 you cant beat it, you can toss out the bio balls, just throw some sand, some live rock rubble, an some chaeto in that sump instead an you should be golden there :p
