I found a 55 gallon Aquarium And a Stand With Cubords and Shelves in it, for 50$ Is this a good Deal?

if it holds water id say its a good deal. Check craigslist, 55s are on there all the time

the key is the holding water part. If it is still filled that helps. If it has been in their garage, and hasn't had water in it for more than a couple of months...then I would be wary of their promises. 55g tanks are commonly sold.
The stand may or may not be a deal, depending on your plans. If it isn't suitable for a wet/dry or refugium, then it may limit your plans.

just buy a new 55 and build your own stand. No worries and you can build one as big as you see fit.
