good enough light for fuge?

I got a 40 Watt incandescent(sp?) over a 10 gallong fuge, well not all 10 gallons due to baffles...that good enough for speghetti macro?

what is the Kalven rating that is really important to grow plant life?Should be 6500k or better little less will do but the best is suppost to be 6500k.

not positive, will it say on the bulb or will i need the packaging?
