Hey Regina! Go with the 72x20x18!!! That will be perfect for your Queen angel! You can get her young and watch her grow to maturity. You can also get a tang or 2 IMO.
A lion should be fine as they are slow moving and they dont get into too many tiffs with other fish.
I would say go for it!
BTW...I still owe you full tank shots (I havent forgotten ;)

It's ok I am paciently waiting for the pictures.

I can't wait to get a queen! That is the #1 fish on my list, and now I can have it!

Will this be to many fish? Can I have more?
1.Tangs (not shure what kind.. any ideas?)
1.Fuzzy Dwarf Lion
1.Banana Eel (when I can afford)
1.Queen Angel
1.Trigger
not shure what kind.. I like clowns but think it might be to mean and get to big. Then again I like the Niger for it's color.
1. Maroon Clown (big)

I like the stock list. Here is what I would do:
Tangs: Powder Blue or Chevron Tang (maybe both depends on the attitude of the PBT)
Dwarf Lion
Bananna Eel (maybe a caution since they can eat fish)
Queen Angel (excellent show fish)
Blue Throat trigger or Pinktail Trigger
Gold stripe maroon clown

I like that. What about this.
Archillies Tang
Fuzzy Dwarf Lion
Bananna Eel (get small and not until other fish are bigger)
Queen Angel
Blue Throat trigger
maroon clown ( not gold stripe, to much yellow in the tank)

Ok, What if I replace th lion with a female bluethroat?
So it would be:
Archillies Tang
Bananna Eel (get small and not until other fish are bigger)
Queen Angel
Blue Throat trigger (pair)
maroon clown ( not gold stripe, to much yellow in the tank)

Have you read up on the care of Achilles tangs? They aren't exactly the easiest tangs. Some have had luck, but most seem to meet they're demise. I've never seen one in an aggressive setup though. I suspect most keep the turnover too low (Achilles would need pretty high).
I like the last list too. Almost would seem perfect for something like a 3 column setup with a back 'rockwall' for the eel.

Thanks for the offer, but I am building the one that I mentioned above this summer.
I already have a lot of stuff and the 90 was only 80dollars
