good kalk brand

I'm perhaps going to give kalk dripping a try and wanted some opinions on brands of kalk.
What brands are good (purity, etc)? Not necessarily what you use, but what is known to be of quality?
Am I making a bigger deal out of it than it needs? I always like to research things to death before!

My understanding is that supermarket pickling lime is popular b/c it is cheap, not necessarily high quality?
But then again, it also comes down to does it really matter?

The difference in impurities are less than 1%. But the price.....

so, bigmac, seeing that you use the "food grade", you must think that it does make a difference???

Pickeling lime is food grade. its CaOH , the only real difference is price....I could pay 10 bucks for about 500 grams of kalk, or buck somethin for a half lb of pickeling lime....
