Good life?

I am very new to this hobby and this is my first venture into preparing a tank for reef. I am wondering if this is my first growth on my live rock that is good. So far all I have is algae 8(. If anyone could identify what it is I would be greatly appreciative. Check out tank picture #4 for the picture of the lifeform.

Looks like a lot of hair algae. How long has the tank been up? What are the water readings? Are you using tap water?

I know most of them are hair algae. Is pic 4 also a algae? My tank is around 2mo old. I use ro/di water. do 10% weekly water changes. All parameters seem to be in check. In the process of manually removing a bit now. Was just wondering if pic 4 was something that was good or needs removing.

or could it be flatworms?
I have no experience with these but have heard that they can be a yellow orange color.

Some sort of sponge...possibly some type of hydroids. I'm not real sure and the pic makes a positive idea a bit tough.
