good lights?

IceCap 250 / 400 HQI All Aluminum Pendant My lights don't have fans. The pendents are about 2 years old. The bulbs were just replaced about 4-5 months ago. I only ran the lights 4hrs a day. 250 Watt 13000K Metal Halide Bulb 250 Watt 13000K Metal Halide Bulb - MegaChrome Marine, Double Ended. Each pendent comes with the Icecap metal halide ballast 250w.
