Good or bad growth?

Hello. I've had a 56 gallon salt water fish tank for just about two weeks now.
All of the levels of nitrate and salt etc. are good.
I have live rock in it and we just put in our our first fish; six small ones.
Two clown fish and four blue-green chromis.
Yesterday I noticed this gray slimy looking stuff to be growing on some of the rocks. I know things are supposed to develop on live rock, but I just wanted to double check that this is normal and okay. If not, please let me know.
So over all, is this good or bad?
Thanks!

It's sponge.....will come and go
6 fish at once is a lot to add.....watch your water parameters carefully....you do have test kits I hope :) because 2 weeks is also very soonto add anyting.....do you have any snails?

Meowzer is the expert so it's probably a sponge. For second, looked like a fungus. (eww lol)
