Good place to buy a CO2 Regulator

Anyone know of a good place to buy a CO2 regulator for a calcium reactor. Also, do I buy one with a built in bubble counter and selenoid. I am buying a myreef calcium reactor but trying to find a cheaper regulator for it. They want $140 for one with bubble counter.

Check online stores, but you can buy bubble counter for very cheap. Hmmmmm...i never heard of CO2 regulator with built-in bubble counter.

There is some on ----. Type in bubble counter. Brings up a jbj and another kind. JBJ is $100 and the other is $73.99.

That is the entire unit. It's a regulator with bubble counter.

What is the solenoid used for?

The solenoid is primary used in combination with PH controller. As PH drops PH controller shuts down solenoid. Solenoid is connected to the CO2 supply prior the reactor unit. I use solenoid without PH controller. Reason??? When there is a power outage, i don't wanna CO2 to continue entering the Ca reactor chamber.

O.k. real dumb question. I need three outlets to plug my calcium reactor into, correct? Solenoid, feed pump and return pump?

Have a good luck!!! Follow the directions. Do not overdo with CO2 bubbles. Remember: CO2 will lower the PH of your system!!!
Set about 20 bubbles a minute and as 1 drop per second on the reactor output. This is for the begining.

You can get a CO2 regulator from a home brew supply store.
I know this from experience!
