Good Price on T5?

I've been wanting to upgrade my lights and just found a Tek T5 4 Bulb unit with splashguard and mounting legs. He is willing to take $200. Is that a good price?

Thats a really good price. Does it come with bulbs? The cheapest tek fixture i could find online with bulbs was $350.

Well, it's definitely going to depend on the length for one thing, and another determining factor is how old the bulbs are. If the bulbs are going to need to be replaced soon, that will definitely make a difference on whether that is a good deal or not.

The length is 48" guys. And I believe the bulbs are between 4-6 months old.

In my opinion, it's a good deal since you have a decent amount of bulb life left.

Sounds good. Would this light be better than my 260 watt PCs? My main concern is my anemones....I think they need more light. Would this light be suitable?

A tek light would be more than efficient for your anemones and would blow away your PCs. You should be able to keep almost anything with those lights.

the legs cost $50 by itself. the splash guard another $40. its a good price.
