I'm leaning towards the purchase of air/water/ice typhoonIII model...currently I purchase ro/di water from a local vendor but I have plans to add this 75 gpd unit here at the house.
Real FilmTec (TFC) membranes not just DOW material but the actual Dow Product. Dow owns FilmTec
Full size color changing mixed bed DI cartridge. Twice the capacity of the smaller Inline DI
Real, easy to use fast flush valve
Automatic shut off valve
Four clear filter housings solid powdered coated frame
DI bypass valve connected to a system saving in-line check valve
Product water check valve allows for expansion of system to a tank style system
RO only valve this valve is intended as a sample port for testing the output of the membrane. Most customers use it to fill drinking water jugs
PSI gauge are my filters dirty how will you know. You need this gauge.
HM digital TDS meter the finest hand held battery operated tds meter made. Has automatic off feature and data hold
Every connection is a quick connect push-in style connection easy fast leak free. Plus every connection is labeled in plain English (your water in)
Great diagram, instructions with photos, Everything you need to get started right away. Everything. In fact you can choose your filter micron rating, membrane size and your system hook up. Can connect with a faucet adaptor, a garden hose adaptor, or the regular supply valve.

Good choice IMO NM reef. I have the typhoon 75gpd ro/di and it came with everything labeled, but fully assembled. The only thing I had to do was connect it to my water source.

I just got my TyphoonIII earlier this week. I really like it. Very easy to use. I did have to raise my psi at my house. The only thing I dont like is the amount of waste water. It somewhere between 3 to 1 & 4 to 1, but I have a container now that I fill up and use to water the outside plants.

NM reef . I use a typhoon III. I stumbled on this thread while searching automatic shut off valve stuff for another guy who asked about them today. so that's why I'm babbling late. typhoon III is great. you can get float valves from them for your sump or trash can water reserve tank. I can leave my water running all the time and it shuts it off automatically with the float valve. very nice feature.

I agree, Typhoon III. I have a similar set up. Typoon III with float valve going into a Brute 44 gallon trashcan. Great system. The system comes with about everything you need including the auto shut off valve. You will want to order the float valve for an addition $14.
