good small skimmer

Hi All,
I have a 90 with a 20 gal refugium. My current skimmer is not a bad one (no name) but I am looking to improve. I have limited space (5 inces in one section) so can easily fit a pump. Was wondering if anyone had a good protein skimmer suggestion to hang on side of tank (or in if small enough) I have a good 20 inches of overhead

Have a look at the AquaC Remora pro.

It might be too tall, Ive had a remora and currently use the Urchin pro on my 90 with a sump. There tall, but work great, take good measurements and check out the dimentions on the skimmers and see if one would fit.
Heres the Urchin pro in my sump

Its kinda deciving how big it is, heres the dimentions from aqua c -
- 22" tall x 7-1/2" wide x 3-1/4" deep
- 8-1/4" x 7-1/2" footprint (pump included)

e.t.s.s. sump buddy $200 (+700-900gph pump), Tunze DOC 9005 or 9010 $280-365, Deltec MC500 $500. will all fit the sump 5" space but with only 20" of overhead the Tunze DOC skimmers are the only good skimmers you are going to fit in that space. those will fit in the sump, are whisper quiet and do a good job. pricey, built flimsy but effective but that describes ALL Tunze products. I'd do that before a hang on skimmer.

Thanks for the ADVICE. I was hoping to do an in sump skimmer. I will check out the Tunze.

Proclears are nice with small foot prints.
