I use a program called ReefCon2000. I think it might be ReefCon LT now. Heres the website. www.infinitysoft.net/reefcon. There is a free version you can use.

thats pretty cool, could do most of what you need in excel.
expense log, i don't know if i would want to track that.

for water paramiters i just made a blank chart that when i fill it up i just print up another one. i do pretty much the same for fish too, heres an example
